“Bogan Shazza”

Meet Bogan Shazza. She was born in the 70’s, is a huge Bon Jovi fan and her favourite fashion look is short shorts teamed up with a snazzy pair of thongs!

Shaz works part time at a fish and chip shop, and on weekends her favourite thing to do is go shopping in her mums’ pantry, paint her nails in outrageously bright colours and patterns, and hang out in front of the local milk bar with her friends.

Although Shaz thinks her family is embarrassing, she knows she would be lost and slightly bored without them, and realises she would have to start buying her own food.

Too Girly Gertrude

“Too Girly Gertrude”

This is Gertrude, Shazzas mother. She loves to garden in custom made gloves and enjoys a quiet gin and tonic on a hot day.

Gert disapproves of the strange music her daughter listens to and is horrified by those horrendous shorts Shaz wears, where you can see her rear end peeping out the bottom. She wishes Shaz would dress more like a lady, perhaps wearing a frock every now and then to help her find a nice lad to settle down with.

Gert is constantly wondering why her pantry is empty when she and her husband Albert are the only ones who live in the house.

Old Albert

“Old Albert”

This is Albert, Shazzas father. Old Bertie fancies himself as quite the ladies man. He works as a used car salesman at a nearby caryard, however is getting to an age where he feels like it’s time to retire, buy a vintage caravan, and take ‘the missus’ on a trip around the country to see all the “BIG” things.

Bertie has an extensive collection of Hawaiian shirts, even though he has never visited the island due to a fear of flying.

“Bogan Dazza”

Meet Bogan Dazza. He was born in the 80’s, is a huge AC/DC fan and his favourite fashion look is the humble t-shirt, always with a funny slogan on the front.

Daz works casually at a nearby butcher, and on weekends he races his greyhounds, ‘Whattayadoin’ and Gimmeabite’, which are sure to make him lots of money any day now. Daz often hangs out with Shaz in front of the local milk bar as he has a small crush on one of Shazzas friends, ‘Stacka’.
